Tech Support Rates

How much is this going to run me, you ask? Well, my standard pricing structure is pretty simple:

• I charge $75 an hour, with a $300 per day maximum. That means that even if it takes me more than four hours in one day to fix your issue, you only have to pay me $300.
• Hours are billed in 15 minute increments, with NO minimum.
• There is no charge for me to come your home or business, provided you are located within a 15 mile radius of the Chicago Loop. Anything further than that will incur a small per-mile surcharge.

Tutoring Rates

I've also been doing some tutoring in beginning programming techniques. My rate is the same as my tech support rate (and is similarly negotiable if you have budgetary issues), but due to scheduling constraints, I ask that you please contact me for availability details.

Programming Rates

While my work with The Nerdery prevents me from accepting freelance gigs at this time, I may be interested in open-source projects or launching independent projects. Please hit up the contact page if you're interested, and let me know what you're looking to do.
